There has been a critical update regarding BOI company reporting for corporations with an IRS EIN registered in Ohio.
Following a recent federal court appeal, reporting officers/owners to the banking database is now mandatory.
The deadline to complete this report is January 13, 2025. Failure to comply will result in fees.
How to Complete the BOI Report
- HKM Tax Services can complete the report for you for a fee of $75. Please provide us with a current ID to get started.
- Alternatively, you can complete the report yourself by visiting the government website: boi.fincen.gov
